Binder for Water-Based Epoxy Enamel for Floors (series 53000)

Two-component water-based finish formulated for painting cementitious floors where resistance to abrasion and mineral oils is required. Excellent walkability and drivability with forklifts, cars, etc. Ideal for painting garage floors, parking lots, warehouses, etc.

Binder to Colorant ratio: 90% : 10%

APPLICATION TOOLS: spray-gunpaint-brushpaint-roller
DILUTION: 5 – 20% with water
HARDENING: 50% of weight with Hardener for Water-Based Epoxy Enamel (code 1554)
WALKABLE: after 24 hours
DRIVE-OVER: after 7 days
THEORETICAL COVERAGE: 8 – 9 m²/kg per coat (variable, depending on the absorption power of surface)
FOR APPLICATION ON: cement floors, concrete, plasters
