ACRIMETAL for Zinc Surfaces series 11600

One coat anticorrosive acrylic enamel with excellent anticorrosive power and high anchoring also for direct applications on aluminium, iron and galvanized sheets (ALL IN ONE). The coating is semi-gloss. It has an excellent resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents.

ACRIMETAL for Zinc Surfaces series 11600

APPLICATION TOOLS: spray-gun
DILUTION: Acrylic Thinner (code 00015)
HARDENING: 20% of weight with hardener (code 1512). Mix ratio by volume 3 : 1.
DRYING TIME AT 20°C: dry to touch 1 hour, in depth 24 hours
GLOSSINESS: semi-gloss (50 gloss)
SPECIFIC WEIGHT (A+B): 1,50 kg/l
THEORETICAL COVERAGE: m² 7 for thickness of 50 microns
FOR APPLICATION ON: galvanized sheets, aluminium, iron
AVAILABLE COLORS: RAL and sample colors (minimum recommended production quantity is 100kg, for smaller quantities the price is 20% higher)
