NEW SOLVENT-BASED TINTING SYSTEM
EVO

A new tinting system composed of an assortment of concentrated colorant pastes made with ultra-high resistance pigments finely ground in perfectly compatible resins that allow our dealers to create a wide range of finishes and primers in over 9,000 colors formulated by our Software (RAL colors, RAL DESIGN, NCS, commercial and industrial vehicles, agricultural and earth-moving machinery, ferromicaceous, wood stains and all our other color charts).

The careful selection of components (pigments, resins and additives) that make up the colorant pastes guarantee maximum reliability, consistency and compatibility.

All colors can be made from neutral binders available in pre-dosed format in multiple sizes and cuts always available.

The colorant pastes can be dosed in two ways: manual and automatic.

TINTING EQUIPMENT

The automatic system uses Santint and Corob dispensers. Based on the dealer’s needs, the most suitable model is suggested.

The manual system consists of using the following equipment: modular cabinet, scale and formulation software.

Our software can be interfaced with all automatic tinting machines and spectrophotometers most widely used in the market. Tinting is based on calibrated recipes chosen according to the destination product. Each formula has been developed based on factors such as: coverage and costs.

The software also allows various color management support functions such as: daily maintenance, customized dosing and statistical processing.

Through the use of the spectrophotometer we are able to allow our dealer to manage color formulation at the point of sale, in addition to the most diverse requests for “ad hoc” non-formulated colors. The simple and immediate layout is easy to use even for the less experienced operator and guarantees precision and speed.
