TITANFER – Zinc Phosphate Anti-Rust series 4000

Fast-drying anti-rust primer containing zinc phosphates (anti-corrosive agents) for iron surfaces, formulated not only to provide good adhesion on metallic surfaces and ensure effective protection against atmospheric agents, but also to allow overspraying with products containing aggressive solvents, such as: two-component polyurethanes, nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber, etc. Primarily used as anti-corrosive primer for agricultural machinery, industrial vehicles and metalwork in general.

APPLICATION TOOLS: spray-gun
DILUTION: Super Nitro Thinner (code 00001) or Thinner D/4 (code 00002)
DRYING TIME AT 20°C: dry to touch 30 minutes, in depth 4 hours
GLOSSINESS: matt
SPECIFIC WEIGHT: 1,45 – 1,55 kg/l
THEORETICAL COVERAGE: m² 11 for thickness of 30 microns
RECOAT WITH: synthetic finishes, nitro, fast drying, polyurethane topcoats, chlorinated rubber, intumescent paints (after 1 hour)
FOR APPLICATION ON: iron
