Acrylic Clearcoat HS Scratch-Resistant code 31000

Acrylic clearcoat based on hydroxylated resins and aliphatic isocyanates containing UV absorber resistant to scratches (car wash brushes) and mechanical stress. Excellent adhesion to both water and solvent-based opaque primers. Easy to apply and quick to dry. Product classified as “Special Finish” with VOC = 560 g/l, complying with the category limit imposed by EC 2004/42.

APPLICATION TOOLS: spray-gun
DILUTION: Acrylic Thinner (00015)
HARDENING: 50% of weight with hardener (code 1501). Mix ratio by volume 2 : 1.
DRYING TIME: 8 hours at 20°C, 30 minutes at 60°C
GLOSSINESS: brilliant
FOR APPLICATION ON: solvent or water-based opaque primer for “double layer” technique
