Acrylic Enamel series 11000

Two-component brilliant finish with excellent light stability. It can be applied on two-component primers, like a normal polyurethane finish, and directly on metals. Ideal for high productivity cycles: single coat primer – topcoat. It also exhibits excellent adhesion even on galvanized surfaces.

APPLICATION TOOLS: spray-gun
DILUTION: Acrylic Thinner (code 00015)
HARDENING: 45% of weight with hardener (code 1512). Mix ratio by volume 2 : 1.
DRYING TIME AT 20°C: dry to touch 1 hour, in depth 8 hours
GLOSSINESS: brilliant (> 90 gloss)
SPECIFIC WEIGHT (A+B): 1,15 – 1,20 kg/l
THEORETICAL COVERAGE: m² 12,6 for thickness of 30 microns
FOR APPLICATION ON: galvanized sheets, iron, epoxy primer, acrylic primer
AVAILABLE COLORS: RAL and sample colors (minimum production 100kg, for smaller quantities the price will be increased by 20%)
