Epoxy Enamel Semi-Gloss series 23700

Product based on epoxy-polyamide resins, anticorrosive pigments (zinc phosphate), and suitable extenders. It is used in the painting of metal carpentry, machine tools, chemical and thermal systems, industrial mechanics, pipes. It can be applied both as a topcoat (over an epoxy base) or directly on steel, galvanized steel, and after verification on most other metals ensuring high adhesion. Withstands, after testing, most hydraulic and emulsified oils.

APPLICATION TOOLS: spray-gunpaint-roller
DILUTION: Epoxy Solvent (code 00012)
HARDENING: 25% of weight with hardener (code 1504). Mix ratio by volume 2,5:1.
DRYING TIME AT 20°C: dry to touch 1 hour, in depth 24 hours
GLOSSINESS: semi-gloss (40-50 gloss)
SPECIFIC WEIGHT (A+B): 1,23 kg/l
THEORETICAL COVERAGE: m² 6 for thickness of 50 microns
FOR APPLICATION ON: epoxy primers, iron, cement, concrete
AVAILABLE COLORS: RAL and sample colors (minimum production 100kg, for smaller quantities the price will be increased by 20%)
