Micaceous iron oxide is a naturally occurring mineral substance used as the primary ingredient in protective coatings and primers due to its anticorrosive properties.
Tinting Systems
Colorchimica tinting systems come with with a variaty of universal coloring pastes, special effects and additives.
These concentrated coloring pastes can be mixed with different binders giving the user a possibility to produce 55 different types of finishes and primers. All of them available in over 9.000 different color variations, as shown in our color swatches books.
Mr.MIX is solvent-based tintometric system consisting of an assortment of concentrated coloring pastes made with very high-strength pigments which are finely ground in perfectly compatible resins. This system allows users to create a wide range of primers and topcoats formulated by our color mixing software (RAL colors, NCS, commercial and industrial vehicles, agricultural machinery, micaceous iron oxide, wood dyes and other color charts).
AQUAmix is our water-based tinting system capable of providing excellent results in terms of product quality and color resistance. It is composed of 16 coloring pastes which, when mixed with various binders (converters) produce a number of topcoats and primers.
